Goodbye, Starbucks holiday drinks and pumpkin spiced latte.

With the New Year, the Seattle-based coffee giant has changed seasons and announced the return of its Pistachio Latte on Tuesday at participating stores in the United States and Canada for a limited time this winter.

Starbucks is also bringing back Meatless Mondays with a promotion on the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich throughout January as well as its Starbucks Tribute Blend, first released in 2011.

The Pistachio Latte debuted last January in locations across the country and was inspired by a drink first launched at the Starbucks Reserve Roasteries.

It’s made with espresso and steamed milk combined with a sauce made from real pistachios and a savory, brown and buttery garnish. It can be ordered hot or iced, while supplies last.

Starbucks told USA TODAY that holiday drinks and pumpkin drinks will no longer be offered with the arrival of the winter menu.

Other drinks that debuted at Starbucks Roasteries before hitting stores include Nitro Cold Brew and seasonal drinks such as Cascara Latte, Smoked Butterscotch Latte, and Juniper Latte.

Starbucks Meatless Mondays

Meatless Mondays are back at Starbucks for the month of January.

Every Monday through January 31, the coffee giant is giving away $ 2 off the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich at participating stores across the United States, while supplies last.

Offer is available on the Starbucks app, at Starbucks stores, and through Starbucks Delivers on the Uber Eats app.
